States that border Florida ship in two days using ground… but your aloe may still be quite melted in the summertime. If you are in a 3-day shipping zone – Texas, Chicago, New York… and even further away from Florida, consider ordering 4 or even 8 bottles at a time. The more we ship, the less they melt on the way. Another option is to choose 2-day postage… especially from June through September.
Store one jug in the freezer and keep the other in the refrigerator to make sure you have the natural, health-promoting benefits of 100% pure Aloe gel on hand every day. If you don’t plan on drinking the entire thawed bottle within a week to 10 days, pour it into smaller containers for refreezing… to take out as needed. The BPA free jugs of Aloe vera are actually 64-oz containers, but each is filled with 58-oz of Aloe barbadensis miller-stockton gel — that is because we ship our Aloe gel fresh-frozen and we must leave room in the jug for expansion. That is important to remember, since many customers decide to order their fresh Aloe gel in the 4-gallon size to take advantage of bulk pricing. They then transfer the Aloe from the bucket to the jugs (again … leaving room for expansion).
No matter which size you choose, though, you can be sure you are getting hand-filleted, health-promoting, 100% raw Aloe gel from the inner parts of the Aloe barbadensis miller-stockton species only. This is the same variety of Aloe first discovered and researched by Aloe pioneer, Rodney Stockton.
Do NOT buy this product for the “flavor”. It tastes like real aloe vera and has a slimy texture with lots of pulp – because that is what is in the bottle… just pure raw aloe vera and nothing else. Some like the taste, but not all! People buy it for the benefits, not the taste.
Generally, what we have observed is, less healthy people dislike the taste more than healthy people. The health gurus tend to love the taste. If you are super taste sensitive and will only eat and drink things that taste good, this product is not for you.
Sometimes it tastes more bitter than other times. It is not “bad”. It’s raw aloe vera. If it arrived to you in 3 days or less and you don’t like the taste, we do not replace the aloe vera. This is just an indication that this is not a product for you. There are other brands that are filtered, standardized, decolorized, and deodorized. You may want to try one of them instead.
