We do NOT sell or share your contact details with anyone outside of our usual business procedures. Your personal information or contact information you provide to us may be used by our company in the following ways:

  • Processing and fulfilling orders you place with us
  • Processing your payment in which case, like most online credit card purchases, your details are managed by a gateway and merchant processor
  • Creating and printing necessary shipping labels with any of the major mail carriers including UPS, USPS, and FedEx
  • Direct communications and marketing efforts toward to you which may include direct mail, email, and phone calls

What Information Do We Collect And Keep?

When you place an order on our site, we collect and keep in our database your IP address per order, Dates and times of transactions, Name, Billing and Shipping Addresses email address, phone number, payment method, last four digits of your credit card number, expiration date, and transaction ID. We may also collect and store other details you provide such as who referred you and miscellaneous notes you provide. Furthermore, upon shipping products, tracking numbers are stored in our database related to your order(s). Most of these details are merely kept to ship and track your packages, answer charge-back requests, verify purchases related to returns, etc. Portions of your details may be kept in one or more databases including our website database, accounting software, and shipping software.

We use Google Analytics to track social shares made at our website. Google automatically collect and store certain information in their server logs which includes device event information such as crashes, system activity, hardware settings, browser type, browser language, the date and time of your request and referral URL, cookies that may uniquely identify your browser or your Google Account, in accordance with their data privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

How Long Do We Retain Your Data?

We will store your electronic details for no less than 7 years unless specifically requested to be deleted.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

Media

AFFILIATES

Stockton Aloe 1 does have “affiliate relationships” with other people and companies. Sometimes other companies pay us commissions and / or referral fees when you purchase directly from them based on our recommendations. We only recommend products including information products that we ourselves trust and consume. An example of such an affiliate relationship is a book review linked to a place to purchase on Amazon. Although we may not sell the product, if you click the link to buy on Amazon, we may receive a commission from Amazon.

DO WE USE “COOKIES”?

REFUND / RETURN POLICY

Most of our products are made for consumption and perishable. They are not made to taste good, smell good, or last long. They are very natural and have little or no preservatives. If we do our part and deliver it to you in its proper condition in a timely manner, your product is not returnable. If you do not think you will like the flavor or aroma and will wish to return it for such a reason, please do not purchase our products.

If we fail to deliver our frozen products in good condition in the required time within 3 days from the time it leaves our facility, we will either refund or replace your shipment based on your preference providing that you notify us within 7 days of receiving our product. We may require your product to be returned to us before issuing a refund.
